Created in 2017, Björn is a brand specialized in tableware and design in general. Now iconic, its name means "Bear" in Icelandic and Danish.
The bear symbolizes strength, resilience, creativity, confidence, and connection with the energy of the earth. The two French creators drew inspiration from travels around the world and the symbolism of the bear to shape the brand's values. It is around the totem of the animal that they wrote their bear stories.
Björn's ambition, through its unique and powerful identity, is to push the boundaries of originality even further!
Conviviality, craftsmanship, and quality set the tone for the creation of different collections combining lifestyle and decoration.

At Björn, we love the diversity of nature, including in the materials used to offer the most complete sensory experience possible. That's also why in each collection, we work with different materials of mineral origin (clay, copper, zinc...) and organic origin such as wood, for example.
Porcelain, stoneware, mango wood or acacia wood, brass, steel... all these materials pay tribute to the beauty of nature. Björn is primarily a story of ceramics, encompassing porcelain and stoneware, known since ancient times as one of the first materials used by humans (in Greek, its name means "clay"). With ceramics, the possibilities for creation are endless, and that's why we love working with it.
A material that becomes a true everyday object, because we like to believe that we accompany you in each of your daily adventures !

When "acting for the living and wild species" alongside the Aves France association becomes obvious.
Björn's bear takes to heart to support an association truly committed to the protection of its own kind and our natural habitat: the Earth.
An association entirely run by volunteers, with the aim of protecting, educating, and acting for the well-being of wild species, especially bears. Aves carries out actions for the protection of nature and wild fauna, whether free or captive. For example, the Renatur'Action project aims to restore to nature certain lands that have been overexploited by intensive agriculture.
Engaged alongside numerous international associations such as the Andean Bear Foundation, Kalaweit, the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, or Animals Asia against bear farms...
Björn gets involved in these actions and donates a portion of its turnover to the Aves France association.
