To ensure impeccable delivery, the Björn teams have developed a Safety Pack. What exactly does this mean?
The Safety Pack, or anti-breakage packaging, is above all solid packaging that prioritizes safety over aesthetics.

Our ceramic or glass products (the most fragile) travel in a double-walled reinforced cardboard box, protected by PU foam or cardboard wedges to prevent the products from clashing. Each product has specific packaging designed to fit its shape and support its weight. Serving products are individually wrapped in kraft paper and/or bubble wrap to prevent scratches before being inserted into individual packaging.

This packaging is certified by an independent French quality control company. The packaging is tested and approved for each type of product; thus, the cardboard box undergoes a battery of 18 crash tests before shipment, based on parcel delivery transport standards.
