Once prepared and shipped, your package travels with Colissimo (La Poste). Specializing in sending parcels for individuals and professionals, Colissimo is the leader in France in its discipline.

In order to guarantee impeccable delivery, the Björn teams have developed a Safety Pack. What does this mean in practice? The Safety Pack, or anti-breakage packaging, is above all solid packaging which favors safety over aesthetics. Our ceramic products (the most fragile) travel in a double cardboard box grooves reinforced with foam or cardboard wedges to prevent the products from colliding. Each product has specific packaging designed to fit its shape and support its weight. Service products are individually wrapped in kraft paper and/or bubble wrap to avoid scratches before being inserted into individual packaging. This packaging is certified by a French and independent quality control company. The packaging is tested and approved on each type of product, so the cardboard box undergoes a battery of 18 crash tests before shipment, based on courier transport standards (Colissimo type).
