Ingredients for the cake:

Ingredients for the icing:

1/2 tub of Philadelphia cream cheese

60g of icing sugar

30g of softened butter

2 tablespoons liquid cream
Preparation steps:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

Prepare the carrots: peel and finely grate the carrots.

Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and cinnamon together.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the butter.

Add the carrots

Combine the two mixtures until a homogeneous paste is obtained.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife.
