Deep plate Ø20cm

This Ø20cm deep plate and its 85cl capacity are among the most generous in the range. Pasta, risotto, soup, poke bowl: its high sides contain without overflowing and leave room for a hearty serving.
Made from earthenware fired at 1150°C, each piece receives a carefully applied surface decoration, in a deep storm grey that lightens towards the centre and thickens at the edges. The shade appears veiled, crossed by a diffuse halo that softens the contrast and shifts the color with the light, between mineral grey and almost blue.
EDGE takes the opposite approach to organic shapes: regular lines, well-judged proportions, and that darker line encircling each piece like a stroke drawn by hand. It comes in two temperaments: Lagoon, a clear, luminous turquoise that evokes shallow water over a mineral bed, and Storm, a veiled, graver storm grey for tables you like understated. Two characters, one design.
