This Ø21cm plate accompanies starters, desserts and everyday meals. Its fluted relief frames the preparation with a discreet play of shadows that gives character even to the simplest plate.
Made from earthenware fired at 1150°C, each piece is coated with a reactive glaze that transforms freely under the heat of the kiln and settles into the hollows of the fluting. The forest green becomes more intense there, while the ridges come out in lighter tones, naturally drawing the relief. No two pieces are strictly identical.
REED lies entirely in its relief: fine vertical flutes run along the pieces and give the surface a regular rhythm, while the inside stays perfectly smooth. Its Forest version reveals them in a deep, glossy green, denser in the hollows of the grooves, lighter on the ridges. A graphic, tactile collection, as good to look at as to hold.
