Mug 40cl

This 40cl mug is the most generous in the whole range: long coffee, tea, a late infusion. A real format for slow mornings, the one you hold in both hands without having to get up to fill it again.
Made from earthenware fired at 1150°C, each piece receives a carefully applied surface decoration, in a smoked brown-grey that deepens at the centre and lightens towards the edges. The satin finish, neither truly matt nor really glossy, lets a fine, pleasant grain come through under the fingers, giving relief to the color without ever hardening it.
PEBBLE takes its name from the stone: supple outlines, never quite circular, and rounded reliefs that look polished by use rather than drawn. It comes in two moods, Mist, a pale, matt blue-grey, almost misty, and Smoke, a smoked brown-grey with a more assertive satin grain. One and the same gesture, two ways of bringing it to the table.
