This large capacity mug is as pleasing to the eye as it is comfortable to use. Its large handle makes it easy to hold without burning yourself, its 40cl capacity is very important and its design is unique.
As for its manufacture, after a first firing of the clay at low temperature, reactive enamels of different colours are applied to the stoneware and give it a unique and bright relief. The appearance of nuances of colour from one piece to another is the result of a skilful mix of firing techniques and the way the enamel is applied.
The ISLAND collection is inspired by the Faroe Islands, an archipelago off the coast of Denmark in the North Atlantic Ocean. Its visuals are reminiscent of green moors and steep coastal cliffs, where the relief and play of light on the slightly bumpy surface of the elements create an authentic atmosphere that takes us on a journey between land and sea.
