Made from earthenware fired at 1150°C, each piece receives a carefully applied surface decoration: a luminous turquoise at the centre, ringed by a darker amber line that underlines the rim like a mineral deposit. The glossy finish intensifies the contrast between the two shades and gives the whole a real depth.
EDGE takes the opposite approach to organic shapes: regular lines, well-judged proportions, and that darker line encircling each piece like a stroke drawn by hand. It comes in two temperaments: Lagoon, a clear, luminous turquoise that evokes shallow water over a mineral bed, and Storm, a veiled, graver storm grey for tables you like understated. Two characters, one design.
